Monthly Reiki Meditation & Healing Circle (every 3rd Thursday)

Come relax, recharge, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Everyone is welcome at this monthly reiki meditation and healing circle: those curious about reiki and reiki practitioners alike! The evening will include an introduction to the spiritual healing path and practice of The Reiki System of Natural Healing, a guided meditation for relaxation, 5-20min reiki hands-on healing sessions in a chair for all participants, and time for sharing our experiences. Wear comfy clothes, bring your water bottles and your yoga mats (optional), and be open to receive grounding and healing from the Universal Life-force energy.
